IMPORTANT REMINDER:

The Education Fund Committee meets the third Tuesday of each month.  Due to time restraints in processing applications/payments, it is advised you have your requests submitted by the 1st day of the month (or sooner).  If it is received after the 1st it may be delayed until the following month’s meeting.  If you miss this deadline, you can pay your cost and submit for reimbursement, provided there are still dollars left in the fund and you are approved.

Cheques for approved applications are sent out (Inter-Office Courier) approximately 14 days after each monthly meeting.  Please ensure you provide your worksite and department location to avoid delay.  Delays may also occur if applications are incomplete, you have not yet submitted previous receipts, your application is not legible or more information is required.
